The movie had the right mood. Most of the scenes were great.
However, one of the scenes near the end of the movie was done awkwardly. It sort of interrupted the flow and logic of the plot.
My friend made the observation that Mikael and Lisbeth's relationship wasn't fleshed out well. I agree. Though I'm not sure what would have been required to establish that relationship correctly. Perhaps an extra half hour to the film? Perhaps this would be unreasonable.
In the end, I'd say the movie is worth watching, especially if you like thrillers.
I was pretty sleepy and dozed off at some portions near the beginning of the movie.
