Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero (1998)

Any kid who is allowed to watch Batman the cartoon should be able to watch this movie. Mr. Freeze is a villain, but he's mainly just selfish and driven by anger.

By the end of the movie, the only person I feel is a villain is Mr. Freeze's former research colleague. He pays a price for his action - though perhaps he doesn't deserve it.
