20130921:
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is a fun movie to watch. I like it for its visual appeal and the characters' strange personalities.

While the story was interesting and kept me watching until the end, I wish there had been more to it.

Everybody appears to be lizards.

On that note, I thought the movie was heading towards some concrete ending, but as far as I can tell, it ended as mysteriously as it started.

Ultimately, while there could have been more to the movie, I found it satisfying to watch. If you don't mind watching movies which are not story driven, yet contain visual appeal, then you'll probably enjoy Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Raoul recalls a drug-related story.

Instant Comments:
"Wait. We can't stop here. This is bat country."
"Get in."
Tobey Maguire
"How 'bout some ether?" Ha.

Raoul wakes from a drug trip to a hotel room which is completely trashed.

Some conversation about "fear."
"This is not a good town for psychedelic drugs."
Thompson.
I think he says "Fear and Loathing" at the 1 hour mark.

Ha. He has powder on his nostril.
[Fell asleep and after waking I resumed the movie at the 1 hour 19 minute mark]
Ha. He's sniffing cocaine right in the middle of the meeting.

Raoul and Dr. Gonzo make a cameo in Rango (2011)
