20130829:
Of the various movies which were expiring on Netflix and not James Bond films, I decided to watch Liar Liar for its humor.

While I was mostly playing League of Legends, I was reminded, having seen the movie once before, that it was a fun and easy movie to watch.

Max runs from "the hand."

Every now and then the movie gets a little serious, but overall, the movie is full of laughs. In particular, Jim Carrey's style of humor is a joy to watch.

If you're looking for a comedy, then this one's pretty funny, even though its simple and straightforward. If, however, you want to see Carrey in a more serious role, then perhaps you should check him out in The Truman Show (1998) or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004).

Telling the truth can be hazardous...

"This pen is... ROYAL BLUE!" Hahaha.

HAHA! "My teacher tells me beauty is on the inside." "It's just something ugly people say."
"But you're the only one that makes me feel bad." Aww.
"Short, shriveled, and a little to the left."

The pen is blue.
