This take on the story of Snow White was enjoyable and perhaps worth watching at least once. However, don't expect the story to be breathtakingly new. For a start, the seven dwarfs are thieves instead of miners. This in turn leads to the princess Snow White learning to fight and learn independence after coming into their care. Then the story takes a Robin Hood motif as Snow White convinces the dwarfs to steal from the rich and give to the poor. Finally, the story more or less ends with the princess Snow White saving the prince, as opposed to the prince saving the princess.
With having warned the reader not to expect entirely novel changes, I should note that a movie doesn't have to be novel to be enjoyable. In the case of Mirror Mirror, the movie's costumes were beautiful and the movie has an entertaining fencing scene between the prince and princess. It should also be mentioned that the movie has a good amount of humor.
In summary, you won't find a fresh tale like Enchanted (2010) here, but you're still getting a solid, fun movie.

I like when movies incorporate story-telling in alternate mediums. Examples that come to mind include Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011), Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 1 (2010), and Tangled (2010).
So far the movie is quite humorous.
Very conspicuous, everybody is clothed in dark, dirtied clothes and Snow White is wearing bright yellow.
"I can feel you smiling."
Hahaha. "You want to talk about my dress or what you did to the village?" + the Queen's response to her.
Haha. Sausages.
Hahahaha. "By a strange turn of events a grasshopper took advantage of me."
"I knew I was the same size."
