Overview:
A hotel maid named Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) tries on a dress and is mistaken by a politician (Ralph Fiennes) as a socialite.
Some exciting tension occurs when she has to serve as a maid at a dinner between the politician and hotel guest Caroline Lane (Nastasha Richardson). Everything else about the plot is essentially standard romantic-comedy.

Overall, Maid in Manhattan is an average or below average romantic comedy. And while Jennifer Lopez is attractive, the movie is not worth watching for this aspect alone.
