Overview: The Vermont state troopers are in competition with the local police. While the state troopers enjoy joking around, things begin to get serious when they're looking to be shut down. Matters escalate between the troopers and local police over an impeding drug bust.

The first time I watched this movie, the first ten or fifteen minutes were quite strange and I think it's important to note that the remainder of the movie is more grounded, though just as funny.
Overall, this movie has some good laughs and was enjoying to watch.
