This movie didn't keep my interest. I didn't find the "bad" movie worth the commentary and I only found some of the commentary interesting. I couldn't watch more than half.

20130921:
Possibly interesting during its time, I found the movie "This Island Earth" boring to watch, even with the commentary. I could see why I didn't choose to finish the film the first time.

Dr. Carlson in This Island Earth is played by Russell Johnson, the actor known for his role as the Professor on Gilligan's Island. How I remember watching Gilligan's Island as a kid.
