20240309:
Nearly caught up with all movies on my My List set to expire (except for Little Fockers), I decided to watch Wes Anderson's shorts: Henry Sugar, The Swan, Rat Catcher, Poison.
Netflix determined the movie for me as a 81% match. I decided to give the movie a thumbs up.
Rating: 5.0/5
Instant Comments:
I love the transition from Roald Dahl's home to Henry Sugar. can see glimses of set during the transition which is a nice touch
Love the block to sit on for floating
Hmm... should not draw on 19. The power should be used more discretely [for example, if the dealer's card is 6 and the player has a hard 12, then statistically the player should stand (because pulling a 10 would bust); but with the power to see the next card, the player can sometimes hit (when the card is not a 10); with that being said, the player should sometimes intentionally hit and pull the 10 and lose... that is, the player should pretend to not know the correct strategy and simply being "lucky"; I would determine what the true probability is and play within that range (e.g., if the probability of pulling a ten is roughly 4 out of 13, then I would make sure to pull a ten approximately 4 out of 15 of those situations)
