20190322,27,28:
While I saw the movie before, I didn't remember any of it.
The movie reminded me most of Sin City, with respect to it's graphic nature and neo-noir narrative.
Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the story until the end. It felt convoluted.
I recall not liking it the first time I saw it, and the viewing experience was almost the same, except for the end.
To elaborate, I enjoyed the overall message conveyed by the plot.
In the end, I do have a small change of heart on the movie. Perhaps I understood more of the plot this time around.
Overall, I'd recommend the movie to anyone who enjoys Sin City (or it's sequel).
Netflix determined the movie for me as a 97% match. I decided to give the movie neither a thumbs up nor a thumbs down.

2a: Was that over the top or necesary? (to throw him out the window)
2a: Geez. The wall reads "LeSBiAN WHOReS"
2a: Recently saw Mandela effect on number of seats in JFK car, four or six. This film features a six seat car. Not to say that it is an accurate depiction...
2b: Resume at 23 minute mark
2c: Resume at 33 minute mark
2c: Well it beats riding coaching.
2c: What is Doctor Manhattan's limitations?
2c: "Structurally there is no difference."
2c: [I read a little about Doctor Manhattan and ran into a spoiler: regarding whether or not Doctor Manhattan was the cause of the cancer]
2c: That's quite a story (the "death" of Walter Kovacs). It should be noted he didn't say that God doesn't exist. Instead, he suggested God doesn't care and that people are responsible for the way the world is
2c: What a badass. Beats the guy up. "Some of you don't seem to understand. I'm not locked in here with you. You're locked in here with me."
2c: I'm not sure I understand Doctor Manhattan. [Apparently the situation gives him an out. He was otherwise trapped.]
