Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle (2018)

20190326:
This movie is dark. Unfortunately, it failed to choose it's main audience (adults or children) and the overall mood feels awkward. As such, sometimes the movie feels like it's trying to hard to push a message and the lighter moments feel out of place.

While the movie was strong visually, the story was lacking and I would not recommend the film to anyone.

Netflix determined the movie for me as a 88% match. I decided to give the movie a thumbs down.

Instant Comments:
huh why did Kaa save him?
Ada said Akela missed (I thought it was normal) (as it later turns out not)
Kaa's words to Mowgli.
I shall be watching.
Huh, if they continue to challenge Akela, then he'll eventually tire and lose to a weaker wolf... I don't think the methodology is sound
oh Mowgli was so mean to Boots.
Ada wonders what he sounds like to humans (they should have shown).
Mowgli's voice is annoying.
Ada predicted his reply as "this is my home" (he says "this is my home now").
I told Ada that he said one tusk and Ada made the connection that it was same elephant who saved the boy.
Oh no, I didn't expect to see boots there.
hehe bargain with the elephant....

Credits:
All these names show up in the main end titles, but it's occasionally unclear who that person played in the movie
