20140228:
Prior to watching today, I only remembered the film's premise; I had absolutely no idea about the movie's plot and equally no idea how the movie ends.

Mrs. Connelly (Eileen Essell)
This movie was hard for me to watch, at least up until the 1 hour 7 minute mark. Prior to that, I just cringed at the fact that the realtor, old woman, and cop are obviously in cahoots with one another. Then to top it off, the movie screws over the protagonists just until the very end, slapping on a happy ending for them. Everybody wins right? Not quite.

I think the movie would have been better if it were a third as long as it was (taking about 10 minutes exposition, 10 minutes development, and then 10 minutes resolution), or if it had resulted in the protagonists busting the old lady.

Overall, I would not recommend this comedy, but Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore have starred in great comedies and I would recommend you watch Zoolander (2001) starring Ben Stiller and/or 50 First Dates starring Drew Barrymore.

Is that Danny DeVito's voice narrating? [Probably, he's the director] [20140330: Yes]
"Its almost... true good to be true."
Oh my god, so wicked. (::clap clap::)
Housewarming gifts.
Ha! "I got an award for this one."

Dr. Kang asks, "You feel that?"
"I sprayed it with Lysol."
Lol. "You threw her down the stairs?" "No, but I imagined it."
Hahaha. "You feel that?"
1 hour 7 minutes into the movie.
Haha. They were hoping it would cost only half a K to kill the old woman ($500).
