Bridesmaids (2011)

20130125:
So I remember when this film came out in theaters, my friend Josh kept suggesting I watch it, but I insisted I didn't want to watch a comedy in theater. Then I think he got it on blu-ray, but for some reason I still didn't watch it. I might have had interest, but there are always so many movies lined up. If he reads this post, he can correct me on the situation if he remembers. In any case, it was the movie of choice for the night and I was cracking up throughout the majority of the movie.

Great laughs. If you're looking for a good comedy, check this movie out. As a side note, the movie reminded me of The Hangover (2009), except with woman. Yes, if you enjoyed The Hangover, you should definitely check this movie out.

Spoiler: I think Helen and Annie have reconciled at the end of the film.

Instant Comments:
Terry Crews!
Mark Wahlberg painting?
I think that's the actress from Reno 911 (Yes! Wendi McLendon-Covey)
"Catch you on the flipside muthafuckas!"
Aww. How sad to see her on the bus. That Helen is a bitch.
The outburst at the shower is great. I love it. I feel like I had anger built up in sympathy for Annie, and then her outburst just releases that for me as much as it does for her.
The actress (Kristen Wig) reminds me of Meg Ryan and Amy Adams.
I realize when the character Meg is harassing Annie ("I'm life" and so forth) that Meg was the cook from Gilmore Girls. (Melissa McCarthy)
"This is the first time I've seen you ugly."
