Only Angels Have Wings (1939)

Some of the plot points weren't clear as to their meaning, but maybe I wasn't paying full attention. In any case, I can see how this movie falls in the classics category. I wonder, however, if there was a time when this sort of romance was cliche like the sort of chick-flicks we have today, or if it stood above the rest. In any case, I do prefer this sort of romance movie to most modern-day romances.

I enjoyed most of the dialogue.
