20201219:
Overall, I can't believe the first half was vaguely connected to the second half. Kind of a waste of 45 minutes.*
*20211118: I'm guessing if I were to watch it again, I might interpret it more positively. I imagine the first half sets the story and develops the characters.
Instant Comments:
they foreshadow the technical side of her and all the camera feeds
they made love, interesting
ah, I don't know much about her origin story as [Oracle] but she's not yet [paralysis] when she stops being Batgirl here @45 min [apparently the Killing Joke comic is technically a one-shot novel, but elements of it became canon]
hmm so Joker isnt related to Paris. I guess Paris is just some setup in narrative
Robin in the series of shots
oh dear. Jokers intentional shot to the spine
he's gonna rape her?
I'm gonna count to 10. 1. 9. [...] Swear to me.
oh I see. I suppose this is like what gets Batman to the edge and whether or not he has a handle on his control. [though he's already been to the edge with Robin-Joker I guess]
sometimes I remember it one way... [...] multiple choice
lol that joke at the end:
haha I like that Batman laughs too
I guess that makes the title. the killing joke. haha.
it's a very long setup for that joke haha.

lol that joke at the end:
You know, it's funny. This reminds me of a joke. See, there were two guys locked in a lunatic asylum and one night, one night they decided they didn't like that anymore. They decided to escape. So, they made it up to the roof and there, just across this narrow gap, they see rooftops, stretching across town, stretching to freedom. Now, the first guy, he jumps right across, no problem. But his friend, [CHUCKLES] no way, he's afraid of falling. So the first guy, he has an idea. He says, "Hey, I got this flashlight with me. I'll shine it across the gap between the buildings and you can walk across the beam and join me." But the second guy says, "What do you think I am, crazy? You'll just turn it off when I'm halfway across!"
