Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016)

I watched this movie today and it was a wonderful movie. It had great characters and a great ending.

Moreover, it took everything I loved about the Harry Potter series and amplified or improved it. In particular, I love how the filmmakers portrayed apparition in this film.

On a different note, the various beasts were also well designed.

Overall, I absolutely enjoyed the film and the protagonist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). My sister, who's seen the Harry Potter films more than I have, did not have the same reaction to me when she saw the film (separately from me). I recall her saying that she didn't connect with the character Newt.

I would highly recommend any Harry Potter fan watch the film for the bigger story; just as The Lord of the Rings has The Hobbit, so will Harry Potter have Fantastic Beasts.

The plane would be landing soon and I decided to watch Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them because I had already seen it. I watched up to the scene where Newt, Tina, and Jacob go to Tina's home where Tina and Queenie begin preparing dinner.
