So the main thing about the movie is that it's not really about a plane crash. The movie really centers around alcoholism and more generally addiction.

Despite all the drugs and alcohol he had been consuming, he seemed completely coherent during the landing. As this landing occurred so early in the movie (about 25 minutes), it's interesting how the remaining of the movie will be filled

I imagine that while from the primary point of view he saved the plane from crashing, it's possible that perhaps somehow his intoxication could have led to the failure to begin with. And/or the initial stunt he pulled during takeoff.
LOL. This Harling Mays and the transaction between him and Whitaker is interesting. Whitaker has Mays take back the vodka.

That's insane. The focus on the six deaths instead of the potential 102 deaths. I mean I get it and I don't get it. Because on the one hand it is justice and on the other hand it is injustice.
Huh. After all that dumping of alcohol... he changes his mind on the pure orange juice and asks for "Double Stoli neat" (which I assume is two shots of Stoli Vodka).
Yikes. Complete turnaround.

Hmm. I'm not sure of the advantage of having Margaret alter her testimony. That is, given they will be acquiring the testimony of multiple persons.
