20240531:
Netflix determined the movie for me as a 98% match. I decided to give the movie neither a thumbs up nor a thumbs down.
Instant Comments:
2: After Fiinick's propo speech in the last movie, I wouldn't ever drink around Snow
2: Yep. This Antonius got it.
2: Oh wow. He tells her how President Coin would want her gone
2: The thing with stealing the holo is that it would leave her unit stranded
2: Huh. Boggs told her not to trust them and a few other interesting tidbits
2: I feel like this movie sometimes plays out like a horror (they're navigating the tunnels and they have to start moving
2: no way, she just turned around... but that's like typical movie scare. And these "mutts" look terrifying... definitely horror worthy
2: Is it really better to run from these creatures than try and shoot them down? Do they not have enough firepower? [it seems not as many are converging
2: Noooo.... wait... not Finnick... He has to live... He just got married.
2: Really? Oh man... That's sad.
2: Huh. Underwhelming use of the detonation of the holo device.
2: Time froze for her to get Peeta moving
2: they're preparing to sneak in with the refugees... I have this vague memory that Gale betrays Katniss so I'm waiting to see if that moment happens. Well it's possible it's not a betrayal but rather a difference in beliefs... which was already a topic earlier in the film or series
2: Wait a moment... why would Snow have reason to evacuate the residents
2: Ah... he's hoping to find Katniss (the Peacekeepers are checking all the residents)
2: This can't be good... Separating the children from the parents and packages...
2: What is the motivation for Snow to kill the children of residents of the Capitol?
2: Snow explains he didn't release the bombs, and he says Coin smartly did (as it turned his own guards against him)
2: WTF. She wants to implement a "symbolic Hunger Games"
2: Huh. Katniss voted yes and she still wants to kill Snow... but I imagine... she would somehow actually kill Coin instead of killing Snow. Snow did evil things, but that doesn't necessarily mean he should be executed. He's also already dying. So it'd be more torturous to have him live out his sickness which was caused by himself. It can't be that she's really for Coin and a revitalized Hunger Games after all this. I'm thinking she kills Coin.
2: She wanted to take the nightlock pill?
2: Aww... "You love me. Real or not real?"
