This movie was a joy to watch. Similar to most other movies starring Tom Cruise, Top Gun has Cruise as a protagonist who has a fun personality, lives life dangerously, and knows how to take care of business when things get down and dirty.

Iceman (Val Kilmer)

Overall, the dogfights were fun to watch and I would recommend readers see this film at least once, especially if they're a fan of Tom Cruise.

On a different note, I didn't realize that the actress playing Charlie, Kelly McGillis, was also the leading actress in Witness (1985).
