20130724:
While reading The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck for high school was interesting, watching the movie without having to think about what each character represents was a relief. With that being said, I couldn't help but be reminded of the symbolism connected with the character Jim Casy and the family's jalopy.
Do yourself a favor and check out this classic film.

Huh, I didn't remember how the story ended.
The mother's role is so important in the story. Great job to the actress.
