While getting ready to publish this post, I had the IMDb page pulled up. Lars Andersen was shown and it made sense why so much of the archery in the film performed by Robin Hood resembled Andersen's style. I had thought they ripped it off, but it seems he was brought in to work with Egerton. The one scene in particular that first reminded me of Andersen's "A New Level of Archery" is when John told Rob to place the arrow on the outside to improve the reload speed.

they're creating a kind of blend between medieval Robin Hood and modern day warfare
while the intro was kind of cringe, the movie got interesting when he tried to save the man's son
Nottingham seized the manor, but why is it in ruins
In classic Robin Hood... he's probably Little John [complicated name]
so Tuck/Marian have their own plans to steal?
hehe classic impossible getaway (maybe she hid under the table)
I don't know, something is off about the movie. something keeps it from being excellent. maybe the actors. the only famous one being Jamie Foxx in a supporting role; but I guess at times the plot feels cheesy
hmm. he just heard a tip soon after getting a seat at the big table. if he stops it, then he may very well tip his hand. it could even have been a clever bait by Nottingham. though I think the trope for Nottingham is he's typically not that smart. Spaking of which, this Robin Hood is more action and not so witty. I think I favor a witty Hood over a pure action one. With that being said, I give them props for trying something new. I mean... it's not easy to redo a story that's been told so many times.
Oh okay. Well this attack by Nottingham is rather open so Robin Hood showing up doesn't necessarily reveal anything.
hehe. "Not anymore"
true true. Sheriff of Nottingham is but a title
huh. Taron Egerton... he was Johnny in Sing

Twins (1988)
20250322:
I remember seeing this movie on tv when I was a kid.
Instant Comments:
Hehe they both scratched the same time
Smile. Sylvester Stallone poster
Hehe. Just moving his finger down the page (meaning he's reading it real fast)
Lifts the car
Hehe. Two wheels
"Did you see me with the two wheels?"
Haha. "I've only been driving an hour."
Same prep for their meal
hehe his expectation was 20K, but the amount was 5M. probably a huge amount with respect to that time
"If you're lying to me, I'll be back."
hehe. he didn't know any white soul musicians to name off, but he figured there must be some and finished the list with "and a couple of white people"
hmm... what's his incentive for killing the rich man. if it was to take the product in the trunk, then he could probably just do with that instead of the 5 million in the case
that's a lot of chain...
I think they would donate the money to their mom's foundation
wow. what a wonderful surprise with all those flowers
haha. four million? he was given five. lol he kept one million?
hehe. they both have a set of twins... (how weird, what movie is it where they have babies?) [Junior (1994)]
