I don't get it. If Ichigo is not under the influence of the sword, why did he not say anything about Aizen and Hinamori's swapped places sooner. From one search, apparently it all happened so fast that Ichigo had yet time to respond. However, there must have been a physical switch somewhere that happens after Ichigo arrives, because we assume Ichigo was not affected and when he arrived had struck the correct person. Reading some more, it seems that we were watching what the other people saw and not what Ichigo saw. But it's still confusing. Usually that stuff is explained, but since it wasn't, I guess not even the author knew and just hoped it would go unnoticed.
BEST (but imperfect) SOLUTION: Ichigo comes and fights Aizen. Aizen moves away and the other combatants come to Ichigo's side. As they leave off to attack (this all happens very quickly), Aizen makes a switch between him and Hinamori, but they still think they are fighting Aizen. In this short time frame, they already attack and would [20191123: ?] Hinamori. Ichigo then makes this known and Aizen reveals it anyways. ULTIMATE BEST SOLUTION: Anime logic.
